THINKING...

The art of leadership was not meant for a selected few, everyone has the ability to become a great leader.

Leaders are men the rise to the occasions life present to them. Leadership as an art can be learnt, and it takes a process.
DEVELOPING LEADERSHIP TAKES TIME AND ENERGY.

Leaders GROW in strength and in their ability to influence others. Leadership begins with the individual called YOU. ''Our world needs good leaders and Leaders for Good'' Prof. John Adair.
This site is not here to grow institutions but individuals, people, YOU, Because people become institutions, organizations fail when they pay less attention on the people that make the system work. More attention need s to be put on the individuals make up, Cos every leader bring himself into leadership.(YOU leader). Leadership development begins with You:
1. Discovering You (the Leader), note the word discover, if it was an easy process to find you,you wouldn't need to discover you,'' there's more to you than you know,so start THINKING''. I used this illustrations once, think: If GOLD or DIAMOND were to be stones on the street would you pay that much for them? Well i can guess your answer, a big NO!!! So if YOU leader were to be a product how much would you want to be bought? Every precious metal is hidden deep below the earth surface, see the gold mine:

So, I wonder why you think the greatness in you would be seen without a search, you need to discover you, Your body is dust, the accumulation of dust = sand, and sand + sand = earth, so YOU are earth, and to discover the precious in YOU, YOU have to search.YOU need to put more time into the discovery of YOU. After you Have discovered you, other things come into play in the law of process. Check that out in the next Post for THINKERS.

It starts with accepting who you are and then appreciating what you are composed of.
